Payment, Delivery and Returns | Povitrulya

Payment

  • We accept PayPal and LiqPay (bank card payment on our website).
  • All prices on the website are displayed in USD and EUR. Your bank may convert the currency automatically when paying.

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped with Ukrposhta. In your country the delivery is handled by the national postal operator.
  • Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days, but it may vary depending on postal services and customs.
  • We provide a tracking number after shipment. You can track it on Ukrposhta's website and your national postal operator’s website.

Customs & Duties

  • If your country has an import duty or VAT limit, the customer pays customs fees and taxes.
  • Exception – USA: all customs duties are covered by us.

EU and UK buyers

  • All our products are also available on our Etsy shop.
  • If you order via Etsy, all VAT and customs fees are paid during checkout – no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Returns

  • You can return goods within 14 days after receiving them (according to Ukrainian law).
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items.
  • Returns for US customers are processed at our warehouse in the USA. For other countries – returns are sent back to Ukraine.

  • Delivery times may be longer during holidays or due to customs delays – we cannot control this.
